Refund Policy

At NICE Computer Education, we are committed to providing quality education and transparent admission procedures. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in any course.

Course Fees

All course fees paid to NICE Computer Education are subject to the terms mentioned at the time of admission.

Refund Eligibility

1. Admission fees, registration fees, and processing charges are non-refundable.
2. Once a student has attended classes or received course materials, the course fee is generally non-refundable.
3. Refund requests submitted before the commencement of classes may be considered at the sole discretion of the institute, after deducting applicable administrative charges.

Course Cancellation by the Institute

If NICE Computer Education cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances and no alternative batch or course is offered, eligible students may receive a full or partial refund, as determined by the institute.

Transfer of Admission

Subject to institute approval, students may be allowed to transfer their admission to another batch or course where applicable. Any fee difference must be paid by the student.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be processed within 7 to 15 working days through the original mode of payment or another suitable method decided by the institute.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

1. Change of personal plans or schedule.
2. Failure to attend classes.
3. Discontinuation of the course after commencement.
4. Violation of institute rules or disciplinary action.
5. Partial completion of the course.
